Fire Alarm

I have officially had now the most embarrassing mommy moment, even more embarrassing than the mannequin display at Old Navy. Who would have though it was possible?!? While holding Logan getting ready to leave no less, he reached behind me and pulled the fire alarm!! Of course we were sitting in the very back of the restaurant so we had to walk out past everyone with sirens and strobe lights going. So not a way to end what was a good dinner.

"Grurm"

This morning as we walked out the door the kids what seemed like 4" earth worm. At first they walked away. Abby saying it was icky. Logan decided to be brave and come back to check it out. He decided it would be a good idea to touch it, well when it moved he totally freaked out, running away screaming with tears almost running down his face. Later during the day he started talking about "grurm" and how it was Grandma's friend and how it was looking for its house. At dinner he was making up full stories about the life of the "grurm"

Snow in San Francisco?

OK, so this post is not totally about the kids, but how often does one get to see snow in the Bay Area? Too bad we had to drop Abby off at Preschool & run some errands or we would have all gone to play. It was quiet the site.

Snow Day

The City of Martinez held their annual snow day, which has become a holiday tradition for us to attend. This is year 3 of the kids attending.

To my amazement Logan absolutely loved Santa, and Abby, the one that should have been jumping for joy was not. But hey at least no screaming this year from anyone.

Zoo Fun

On such a beautiful November day what does one do....well if you live 2 miles from the Oakland zoo, you go check out the animals.
